As Market Supervisory Officer, Susan is responsible for overseeing compliance, legal and regulatory items for the entire Market consisting of 200 advisors. Susan Wolff is a Director and Market Supervisory Officer for the UBS Greater Boston Market, GWM Americas. He has his Series 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, and 66 securities licenses along with his CEPA designation. in Finance from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst, graduating with honors. He also likes camping with the family, playing pickleball, and is an avid Boston Sports Fan. He and his wife, Aileen, reside in Cumberland, RI, with their 3 children where he spends time at the hockey rink, tennis court, and swimming pool to support his kids’ activities. He believes that supporting the community is essential to personal and professional development. This experience along with Ken’s reputation for hard work, honesty and commitment, has added immense value to the Advisors and clients he works with every day.Īs a community person, Ken has volunteered at the Relay for Life, and the Greater Boston Food Bank. Prior to UBS, Ken held the position of Senior Business Service Manager with Morgan Stanley in Boston and the South Shore offices overseeing both the Support Staff and Operations. Ken joined UBS in 2013 and has spent his time in various leadership roles including being the Operations Manager and Processing Manager for the New England and Upstate NY Markets. With an unwavering conviction to lead by example, Ken prides himself on being client centric and always wants to deliver the best possible service. He works with approximately 250 Financial Advisors entrusted with roughly $35 billion in client assets. Ken is one of the Assistant Market Heads in the Greater New England Market for UBS Wealth Management Americas, where he is responsible for a four state market with 11 offices. Jim enjoys spending quality time with his family, skiing, boating, and vacationing together. Jim sees his career as a means to end and works diligently to balance his commitments to both UBS and his family. Jim has three children, Megan, Michael, and Stephen and two grandchildren, Madison and Sawyer. Jim and his wife, of 35 years, Maureen, reside in Hingham, MA. ![]() Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut in 1983. After 14 years as a club level producer Jim decided he was more passionate about coaching and helping his employees reach their full potential. Jim held numerous roles including, Client Service Associate, Financial Advisor, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Complex Director. Jim has over 35 years' experience in the financial services industry. Jim joined UBS in 2009 as the Complex Director of the 200 Park Avenue, New York office. Jim's aim for the Greater New England Market is to be the firm of choice for Wealth Management advice in the communities we serve. With a focus on providing unparalleled service to both employees and clients, Jim has worked to create a culture that he refers to as "the Best Place in Town." He oversees approximately 270 financial advisors and over $50 billion in client assets. Jim is the Market Head for Greater New England of UBS Wealth Management Americas where he oversees the domestic business within 11 offices in and surrounding Boston as well as the Northern New England area.
